EMMA MCCOMB

Managing Director/Co-Owner

Emma started out loving the sport of gymnastics as a Gym Mum and this has expanded into co-owning Twistarz Gym. The core values of inclusion, fun, safe and friendly are at the heart of Twistarz as ensures the team are createing a positive club environment for all who come through the doors. 

ERIN

WAG Competition Program Manager

Erin is responsible for the Twistarz WAG Competition Program. Erin has been working at Twistarz since 2023 after many years working and training in the industry. She is a bright and bubbly team member who is always happy to help out anyone in need.

TAHNIA

Recreational Program Manager & WAG Competition Coach

Tahnia joined the Twistarz team in early 2024 and is also a gym mum turned Coach and Judge. Tahnia runs and manages our recreation program. Tahnia is coaches our all abilities kids, recreational classes, aerial classes and is also going to be a part of our Early Development Coaching Team in 2025.

LOU

Kindergym Program Manager

Lou joined Twistarz at the beginning of 2025 as our Kindergym Program Manager. Lou has been coaching in the Redlands area for many years and we are thrilled she chose to call Twistarz her home. Our Kindergym program is one of the best in the area tahnks to Miss Lou and her wonderful team of Kindergym coaches!

Recreational Coach & WAG Development Coach

Tayla joined Twistarz previously being a level 9 WAG gymnast. Tayla now does diving. Tayla coaches our development WAG program.

Liam works with our Level 4 competitive WAG gymnasts and recreation classes

Michaela works with our 7 year olds and 10+ year olds

Maya works with our Under 6s and 8+ year olds

Recreational Coach

Lina has worked here since early 2025. She is involved with our Pre Competition program.

Layla coaches in our under 5s classes - Dazzling & Twinkle

RENAE

WAG Competition Coach & Tumbling Coach

Renae is an amazing and diverse coach! She coaches our Adults, Tumbling, Competition and Recreational programs! As well as all of this Renae is also one of our resident WAG judges! We are so very lucky to have her as a part of our team!

Sophie works with our 4-5 year olds

JASMINE

WAG Competition Coach

Jaz was a competitive gymnast who competed upto L7/L8 and she has coached Recreational classes at Premier Gymnastics previously and Twistarz since the start of 2024 and works with our Level 4s.

HARMONEE

WAG Competition Coach & Recreational Coach

Harmonee was also a competitive gymnast and competed up to Level 7.  She started coaching at Twistarz in early 2023. She is currently coaching our Level 3 Athletes and preparing them for competitions.

MYKA

Kindergym Coach

Myka joined our team in 2023 and has been essential to our growing Kindergym Program. She loves working with our youngest kids and helping them to develop their fundamental movement skills, coordination and social skills.

KERRY

Kindergym Coach

Kerry joined our Kindergym coaching team in early 2024. Kerry had previously worked at the Y in their Kindergym program and brings a fun and vibrant energy to the classes. The kids love getting dressed up with Miss Kerry to match the class themes!

SOPHIE M

Competition WAG Coach

Sophie has been with Twistarz since we opened and is a fun team member who really knows how to engage her gymnasts! Sophie is one of Intermediate qualified coaches who loves to challenge her students to improve week on week and manages to make every class lots of fun.

Jen coaches our 6-8 year olds

LUCY

Junior Assistant Coach

Lucy is our youngest team member joining the team at the end of 2024. Lucy is also one of Twistarz Gym's Senior Gymnasts and is currently a working Level 9 gymnast.

FIONA

Aerials Coach

Fiona started at Twistarz in 2024 and coaches our Aerial team. Fiona is an experienced Aerials coach and in 2025 took our girls to their first Bend the Air competition which they all auditioned and were successfully selected to compete at.

Maddy assists Myka with our kinder gym program in the afternoon

James currently coaches out junior and intermediate boys classes.
