  • What are your business hours?

    Our admin team are available from 9am to 7pm Monday - Friday and on Saturdays from 8am to 4pm. 

  • Where are you located?

    We are located in the heart of Capalaba at Shop 3/76-78 Redland Bay Road, Capalaba.  


    Turn in to Total Tools driveway and continue to the end. Our building is the big Teal building at the end. 

  • How do we contact you?

  • How do I enrol?

    You can contact us at info@twistarzgym.com.au and let us know what you are interested in and we can assist you. Alternatively, you can enrol online via our customer portal.

  • Can I cancel?

    Yes, you can cancel your classes but we do require 4 weeks notice. Please email the office if you need to cancel for any reason. 

  • Is it possible to go on holidays and hold our spot in our chosen class?

    Yes, it is certainly possible! If you are going away but want to hold your spot in the class, you can pay 30% for the duration you are away.
