Kindergym Classes

Whether your little one is a beginner or advanced, our comprehensive program ensures they receive the personalized attention they need to excel. Baby Starz Classes
6 - 12 Months Old
Carefully designed for babies learning to sit and crawl, this class provides active learning exercises. You will assist your infant while they move, reach, and grasp in a safe environment that is rich with color, sound and tactile experiences. Class activities help with balance and core function. Our Baby Starz classes are a great experience for both you and your baby. These classes are 30 mins long and are FREE for all members.
Mini Starz Classes
1 - 2 Years Old
Toddlers are on the move! Our Mini Starz classes allow them to explore and learn self awareness and physical adaptation through gymnastics skills that are developmentally appropriate. Your toddler will have a blast climbing through tunnels, over obstacles and gripping the bars. This parent and me class is a great time for toddlers and parents!
Tiny Starz Classes
2 - 3 Years Old
Kindergym classes are designed to provide a full fledged educational gymnastics experience. Our classes provide an active learning platform for your preschooler to learn and grow! Gymnastics is fun and learning is important. We combine the two for a fully well rounded experience.
Our Tiny Starz classes are a great launchpad for all children and encourage active kids from a young age. These gymnastics classes are enjoyed by little ones and parents together.
Little Starz Classes
3 - 4 Years Old
Our Little Starz casses are still centred around play and movement but are more structured and a little more independent. These gymnastics classes are a great launchpad for all children and encourage active kids from a young age. These classes are enjoyed by little ones and parents together.
Twinkle Starz Classes
4 - 5 Years Old
Twinkle Starz is still part of our Under 5s Kindergym Program but it is more structured and the children begin working on the specific apparatus and beginning to develop their strength and skills.
Our Twinkle Starz program is a great foundation for dance and other sports and of course for children that may be interested in pursuing a competitive artistic gymnastics training program.
